Made with either ABS polycarbonate, or stainless steel cases, their NEMA 4, 4X desktop keyboards meet high standards of harsh environment demands. Featuring more than one hundred desktop, panel mount, rackmount and OEM models, offered in an extremely wide range of sizes, styles and features. Intrinsically Safe
TIP’s intrinsically safe keyboards are available in both desktop and panel mount models. The 11 4-key NEMA 4X keyboards come enclosed in non-corrosive stainless steel with an optical isolated barrier and bulkhead cable for complete protection. They have a Factory Mutual approval for Class I, II and III and Division I, Groups C, D, E, F and G. The keyboards are rack drawer mountable and are compatible with PS/2, Windows and NT. TIP offers several models that feature an integrated three-button HulaPoint™ pointing device. NOTE: The TIP-5K/IS is enclosed in an ABS Polycarbonate case.

Non-Incendive
Texas Industrial Peripherals offers a full line of non-incendive keyboards and pointing devices, including desk top and panel mount models. Each unit is enclosed in a stainless steel case and carries a Factory Mutual approval of Class I, II and III and Division II, Groups A, B, C, D, F and G. Ideal for harsh working conditions, these units include bulkhead cables, do not require barriers, and are rack drawer mountable. All units ship with bulkhead cables. Several models feature an integrated three-button HulaPoint™ pointing device. NOTE: The TIP-5K/NI is enclosed in an ABS Polycarbonate case.
